Accountmanager SF

The Account Manager Structured Finance Services (SFS) will assist in the set-up and
management of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV’s). The Account Manager will also handle
all administrative matters of the assigned SPV’s which are involved in structured finance
transactions such as CDO/CBO/CLO-transactions, cross-border-, lease-, repackaging-, and
other transactions.

  • Create and arrange general correspondence with authorities, banks and advisors
    regarding the SPV.
  • Assist in incorporations of SPV’s in close cooperation with notary, lawyers and
  • Organize and prepare minutes of the board and shareholders meeting.
  • Preparation of executive and shareholder decisions.
  • Signal any tax or legal issue of a transaction and liaise with the relevant parties.
  • Review and comment on all relevant documents to be signed and take care of the
    signing procedure.
  • Keeping track that all obligations under the transaction documentation are
    performed on time.
  • Update and maintain the SPV‘s files.
  • Data entry in Client Management System.
  • Collect outstanding receivables.
  • Co-operate and liaise with the (Senior) Transaction Manager.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
Job Requirements:
  • At least a MBA (Moderne Bedrjfsadministratie) degree or higher,
  • 1-2 years relevant working experience gained within the international business
    service industry.
  • Knowledge of corporate law and regulation is a plus.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Affinity with administrative, legal and fiscal affairs.
  • Affinity/interest in international capital markets and financial instruments.
  • Adherence to procedures.
  • Accurate, precise and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Service orientated, pro-active and no-nonsense attitude.
  • Knows to perform under pressure.
  • Knows how to prioritize.
  • Good communication skills coupled with the ability to liaise with people
    internationally, through spoken and written channels and at all levels.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
