You would maintain/grow existing relationships, develop new business, and continue to
expand the office in line with commercial strategy of the company in order to realize the
commercial objectives of the organization.
Your responsibilities include:
  • Initiating improvement proposals focused on creating new business
  • Executing sales conversion with new and existing clients/intermediaries as well as
    negotiation on and acquiring contracts with these parties
  • Identifying and coordinating cross-selling opportunities
  • Obtaining optimal market insight and identify business opportunities
  • Giving input and advice on the Business Development Plan
  • Increasing market share and growing existing relationships with clients and their
    advisors
  • Making presentations to prospective clients  
  • Working together with the worldwide offices on cross-border marketing projects
  • Arranging meetings with local and overseas advisors on regular basis to obtain
    optimal market insight and identify new market opportunities
  • Providing timely reporting information to the Regional Manager Market Offices
  • Ensuring transfer of market and specific client knowledge to our Client Service
    Officers
  • Support in finding optimal client tax-structures and customizations .

Your profile:
  • University degree in Tax, Law or Business Studies.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a commercial role, preferably within trust &
    corporate services or law/ notary firm, financial institution;
  • A hands-on, results orientated work ethic
  • Self starting abilities
  • Convincing personality, people motivator
  • Reliable and when necessary steadfast
  • Team player
  • Solution oriented

  • High personal ethical standards
