Our client is an international trustboutique primarily focusing on the implementation and
maintenance of global tax planning, estate planning and asset protection structures for
corporate clients and (ultra) high-net-worth individuals and their private and/or family
owned businesses.

We are currently seeking to recruit a Company administrator to join the legal team in our
fast growing Malta office. The position calls for a responsible, highly motivated and
forward looking individual who is meticulous, organized and capable of working on his/her
own initiative.

Responsibilities include:
  • Manage a client portfolio and seek to accommodate client’s respective needs in a
    timely fashion and in accordance to regulatory procedures
  • Maintain an organised and structured client filing system
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from clients, managers and internal sources
  • Liaise with the Registry of Companies, banks, International Tax Unit and VAT
  • Deal with incorporations, amalgamations, re-domiciliation’s, liquidations and
    dissolutions as well as maintenance of the company’s corporate minute files.

Particular skills required:
The chosen candidate will have at least 2 years of experience within a similar role and
hold a minimum Diploma in business related studies or other similar qualification. Be pro
active and hard working individual with a meticulous approach to work. Also good time
management skills, welldeveloped interpersonal and organisational skills and an eye for
detail are a must for this position. Being a team player, willing to learn and have a
hardworking and flexible approach to work is highly important..
