Your Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Managing Director, and as part of the Swiss commercial platform, the
BDM must have thorough knowledge of the corporate, funds and private banking industry,
in combination with a well-established, proven network.

The chosen candidate will pro-actively promote the compay's corporate trust- and
specialized services, within the defined business area by means of:
  • Maintaining, expand and accelerate the intake of (new) clients/transactions
  • Make presentations to and meet with clients, intermediaries, multinationals,
    private equity firms, and financial institutions.
  • Working in close cooperation with other group offices around the world.
  • Become a Swiss representative for  Global Sales Drive Team.
  • Manage compliance issues such as KYC etc upon intake of new clients.

With a focus on:
  • Creating new tangible business for the global group offices.
Your profile:
  • Academic background, with a Degree in Tax Law, Law, Economics or
  • Minimum of 2-3 years proven experience with a comparable commercial
    (fiscal/law) background.
  • Preferably experience in Trust or a tax/law/audit company.
  • Fluent English (& German is a plus, written, spoken, presentations); good French,
    other language(s) is a plus.
  • Sound knowledge of the corporate, funds and private banking industry.
  • Very good knowledge of the Trust business, products and procedures.
  • You are able to set priorities, hit deadlines; you are a dynamic self-starter.
  • You seek out new opportunities.
  • Internationally orientated business experience.
  • Excellent presentation skills, at ease with client meetings and events.
  • This role entails a willingness to travel on a regular basis within Switzerland &
  • You have advanced computer skills (Word, Excel & Outlook),
  • You are able to solve problems, have a pro-active approach, work independently,
    are a team player, you demonstrate excellent communication and organizational
    skills, stress resistant and an ability to meet tight deadlines.
