operating companies, multinationals, private equity firms, corporate clients or private
investors and/or their advisors.
Our constituent is expanding its office within the Corporate and Trust Division in
Luxembourg
therefore we are looking for a talented, motivated and pro-active
Business Development Manager (m/f, 40 hrs per week)
As part of our dedicated Commercial department, the Business Development Manager
is primarily responsible for developing the European market for the Luxembourg office.
Where possible, he/she refers business to other jurisdictions.

is primarily responsible for developing the European market for the Luxembourg office.
Where possible, he/she refers business to other jurisdictions.
Your key tasks and responsibilities are
- The Business Development Manager is a highly motivated self-starter, who
independently puts the Trust Company in the market place as the world’s leading
trust company. - The Business Development Manager constantly develops his/her network of
intermediaries and potential clients, stays updated on legal and fiscal
developments, anticipates changes and creates opportunities for his/her clients. - The Business Development Manager will also manage the intake process of new
companies, this involves the setting up of a new structure, preparing the files and
initiating a smooth transfer to the operations departments. As this is a true external
function, regular travelling is required

Location
Luxembourg
- Law degree, graduated with an LLM or a Master in Law or Tax Law.
- Fluency in English and can speak at least one other relevant language fluently.
- Experience in the trust business or at least very good knowledge of the industry.
- An existing network of lawyers and tax advisors in Southern Europe.
- Strong analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written).
