For our client, a large international trust firm in Argentina we would like to come
in contact with a Business Development Manager

Your Responsibilities
Reporting to the Managing Director, and as part of the Argentina commercial platform, the
BDM must have thorough knowledge of the corporate, funds and private banking industry,
in combination with a well-established, proven network.

The chosen candidate will pro-actively promote the company's corporate trust- and
specialized services, within the defined business area by means of:

  • Maintaining, expand and accelerate the intake of (new) clients/transactions
  • Make presentations to and meet with clients, intermediaries, multinationals,
    private equity firms, and financial institutions.
  • Working in close cooperation with other group offices around the world.
  • Become an Argentina representative for  Global Sales Drive Team.
  • Manage compliance issues such as KYC etc upon intake of new clients. With a
    focus on:
  • Creating new tangible business for the global group offices.
Your profile:
  • Academic background, with a Degree in Tax Law, Law, Economics or
  • Minimum of 2-3 years proven experience with a comparable commercial
    (fiscal/law) background.
  • Preferably experience in Trust or a tax/law/audit company.
  • Fluent English and Spanish:  written, spoken, presentations;other language(s) is a
  • Sound knowledge of the corporate, funds and private banking industry.
  • Very good knowledge of the Trust business, products and procedures.
  • You are able to set priorities, hit deadlines; you are a dynamic self-starter.
  • You seek out new opportunities.
  • Internationally orientated business experience.
  • Excellent presentation skills, at ease with client meetings and events.
  • This role entails a willingness to travel on a regular basis within Argentina and
  • You have advanced computer skills (Word, Excel & Outlook),
  • You are able to solve problems, have a pro-active approach, work independently,
    are a team player, you demonstrate excellent communication and organizational
    skills, stress resistant and an ability to meet tight deadlines..
